Sims2 Community Time Project Fix

I'm not sure if anyone's familiar with it but I am currently playing with Chris Hatch's standalone Community Time mod which allows you to come back home from a community lot at the same time you left, but unfortunatley while you're waiting for your sim to come home, no other sim in the household can take a car or taxi to go to a community lot. Have you ever played with this mod? It is a huge gamechanger for me but I am trying to work on a fix so that multiple sims can go to a community lot (e.g. mom goes to the store while dad is already at the bar instead of having to wait for dad to come back home to go to the store).

Mod I'm using is here: https://simfileshare.net/download/1191177/

If you have any information about this mod or know of a fix, please leave a comment
