Windows 10, Game still flashing pink

Ok so I have tried following the post here http://www.leefish.nl/mybb/showthread.php?tid=7909 but when it got to the 'seti textureMemory' i got confused. i tried walking throuh the video but i feel like im missing something. i added all the files that i believe show what might be affecting my game and i'd appreciate any help i can get, as basic as possible if possible (i get confused when it comes to software issues).

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
