Sims 2 Ultimate Collection Choppy gameplay on Windows 10

I've recently installed the sims 2 ultimate collection on my laptop. I have the windows 10 Home operating system. I was able to install it successfully. It loads up just fine,but when I click to go into a house,that's when the game becomes choppy,the sims move extremely slow. If I go to create a sim,it also is very choppy and lags there as well. I tried running the game in compatibility mode with windows xp and windows 7,still got the same results. I'm absolutely in love with sims 2 and I really want to play it but I'm lost at this point. Any help would be appreciated. I added my log file as well.

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
