@rayesaunders - So glad to hear this is the case. I hope you have much joy playing.
Thankyou for your thankyou - it's brought a huge smile to my face.
@RafaelM - ok. Now that I can see what's going on. You have anti-alias on, and all the effects are at their top level. So ok - what are you looking at that is making you think that the resolution is low?
My guess is that it could be one of two things. It could be a problem with your card and some of the effects, and as soon as we turn those effects off - it gets fixed. Or it could be that you are looking at hood stuff from a lot view - and yes that is low res and has always been regardless of what happens. So yeah - i need to know what you are looking at.
If you have a look in the first post of this thread - there is the usual way to check if it is high-res or low res which is to use the coast line.

Is the left hand side what is happening in your game?

@celebkiriedhel That texture file did the trick! The game works great now! I have some slight screen tearing when I move my mouse, but I'll live with it until I get a better computer. Thank you for all your help! In case you want to see my log file, anyway, here it is.

Fabulous! Push your smooth-edges up to more and your screen tearing should stop as well.

@celebkiriedhel - My graphics looks like the right side (with reflection on water and good textures). I just don't see any difference when I set the Smooth Edges to max. Still looks good, but my complain is that I'm still having stuttering and fps drops when scrolling the camera. I thought it could be because the AA isn't working as it should. If there's another way to fix this stuttering, it would be nice!

@celebkiriedhel No problem! This thread help me enough to make the game look a lot better (when I first launched, it looked like the left side of the picture you posted) and with my native resolution. Keep up the good work, Kiri!

Hi I was wondering if you could help me?
I installed the game and when I go to play the game opens up not optimised to the screen, straight into the 'Fun with Pets' loading screen with no sound, loads for a bit and then crashes. I've tried the intel fix and nothing seems to have changed?
My config log says this:
