Taxes on a website?

Hi, I'm turning to no-Italian webmasters (so all the leefisher Big Grin England, America, Holland, France etc.) for who knows, how is the taxation on the profits in your country?
For example: do you have to open a VAT? Do a tax return?

I dont make any money from my site so I dont need to fill in a tax return.
