Mod for decreasing hobby wants in Sims 2?

I've recently started playing TS2 again, and I'd forgotten how annoying the hobby wants are. A teenager wants to gain badges while he's out on the town, really? I've found a hack that completely eliminates hobby enthusiasm, but that's more than I'd like. Does anyone know if there's a hack that greatly decreases hobby related wants, rather than eliminating them?
