Sims2 double deluxe crashing

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I'm new here.

So I got myself sims 2 double deluxe off ebay for a few pounds and put it on my laptop. However it crashes when I'm in create a sim. I have no idea about computers at all so could really use some help please. Trying to play it on windows 10.

I've found the log I just don't know where this "full editor" is
Never mind think I've found it. Think its the right thing.
