Pink flashing persists how do i fix??

I have sims 2 ultimate collection. I did GRM, Rpc, DXVK, nothing seems to be helping the issue. Any suggestions?? I also have a lot of cc 4t2 conversions I know this is considered high poly custom content should I downsize will this help the flashing??

For some reason its not letting me add my file. Heres some info.
If theres any other information thats needed let me know and I will post it. My specs for my computer are NVIDIA Geforce gtx 960,intergrated ramdac, aprprox total memory 10140, display memory vram 1995mb , shared memory 8144mb, 1920x1080 32 bit.

Hey, I am not an expert by any means, so just in the meantime until someone else will answer you, here's my assumption.
Two things:
It looks to me like your graphics rule maker is forcing the game's Texture Memory to a level that is higher than what you actually have.
GRM: Force texture memory: 4096 Mb
Yours: display memory vram 1995mb
Since I've read that pink flashing is mainly a matter of texture memory (rocket horse gave an explanation in this posts most bottom comment), maybe try to remove that option from GRM and set it yourself?

Secondly, about your first sentence, to my understanding - Texture size is what's clogging the Texture Memory (Reference), so i'd suggest opening your 4t2 cc on SimPE and see what needs to be downsized. Another tip is on Rocket-Horse's post I linked above.
