I'll let you know if I can find those kumaras from the Brookshire's Fresh market. I'll look up some of those salad recipes, but what do you tend to put in such a salad? (Besides kumara and bacon, of course.)

ngl this is actually such a cool tradition, the whole “random country for christmas dinner” idea is genius
the globe spinning part took me out tho, I’d 100% keep landing in the ocean
I ended up doing something kinda similar a while back and just used a Random Country Generator instead, way less chaos and it actually gives properly random countries
got some really unexpected ones which made it more fun tbh
