McSweeney's quarterly reviews are not just books of short stories - each item is a collectible in its own right.
I tend to get the stories collections though as I am a philistine and only read poetry if I can't sleep.

I like getting these when I can as its a good chance to find new authors - this is how I got reading Michael Chabon's stuff.

This one is even odder than usual as each story is prefaced by letters to Ray Charles (the editor of the review is possibly insane). Some great stories, some guaranteed to make you shiver a little whether in fear or disgust - includes fistfighting Mormons, New Zealand police, and a very scary man named Trang.
