So, Internet explorer strikes again. If you view it in IE6 the home page looks like it has been ripped to pieces by an angry chihuahua... you can see stuff, but its kind of randomly blobbed about.
Soooo - I disabled the portal page for IE6 users ( I know - I'm sorry - there you are, on your lunch break, trying to look at sim sites from work and your evil boss is too tight-fisted to upgrade the company PCs to at least IE8) - they can still use the index though.
And how did I achieve this feat of technical wizardry? Microsoft told me how.
