For those who don't know what it is, its a thing for converting PX sizes to em. This is a GOOD thing as ems are always relative to the size of the body text. It means when resizing the screen items marked in ems resize with the screen.
Style sheets that use EMs are easier to maintain for me and more accessible to end-users because
- Style sheets are easier to maintain/change because all text set in EMs scale to the body font-size. This means I just need to change the size of the body text and POW
- Many people have difficulty reading small text on a computer screen. Accessibility is increased for end-users because text is scaled based on their preferences rather than fixed in pixels.
