well, there are several options:
You can run the JQuery tabs from JQuery ui and use a cookie. The tabs set up on leefish is not using the Juery UI tabs as I am trying to keep the load times relatively fast and I don't have a loader script. Or you can try and make it in scriptaculous (which is what I have over on testfish on bluefish), but I have no idea how to get the cookie to work so I have asked for help. The site don't jive? I'm not too sure how to use this, but I'll definitely check it out. Thanks!

well, I honestly think you are best off with labroccas - yes, it is true that you can't have a category full of everything, but otherwise it is the closest to what you want.

I meant there's one category in all tabs (A general category in all of the tabs).
I'll try it again, but him being snooty about helping his customers is a real putoff. If anything I think I can go without the memorizing and stick with Mytabs rather than supporting him. Thanks for your help with this though! I do appreciate it all.

ah I see. I thought you wanted a tab with all your forums in it, but what you want is ONE forum or category that shows in all tabs?
I am busy with my BLOE (leefish downloads overview) but I think you might be able to do that by hardcoding the category div value and stuffing it at the top ABOVE the word forums. No Idea if it would update all the new posts etc. The site don't jive? PRESS F5

Ok, strike that about DIV value.
Make sure you have ONE category that you want to show in all - and then DO NOT assign it to a tab. Ignore the warning in ACP and POW - one general category visible in all tabs Re attitude to customers - yes, it sucks. But hey, you know that saying "to cut off your nose to spite your face?" It means that labrocca won't give a monkey's #$$ if you use his tabs or not. I would use his tabbed menu if I was in your position. The site don't jive? PRESS F5

Ok got it, so ignore the warning. I'll try that tomorrow. Thanks! I thought that the error that it gives would make it not work.

I got it set up today and it's working great now (aside from me having to redo the css.) I don't know if it was the theme or not. I changed my theme completely to a fluid (sort of) theme. And I uninstalled and reinstalled the tabbed menu. I don't know which one fixed it, but it works now.
I left the general stuff out of a category and it's showing in all tabs. I would not even have thought to try again. It's a shame that I had to get help from you and got ignored by the creator.
