Mod for Neighbors Autonomously Walking.

I've been searching a long time and have yet to find a good mod that fulfills this...unless I am as blind as a bat! But I was wondering if you would be up for creating a global mod that allows any neighbor to autonomously walk everyday, even after you have met the person. See, it always bothered me (and this is just my own opinion) that after I met someone, they are never seen again! ACK! To me, it would be more realistic if all neighbors/friends were walking whenever, wherever...instead of disappearing and becoming hermit crabs, so to speak.

Cyjon's All Walkbys should do the trick.
