Thanks guys - @fanseelamb - yea, i did consider it as a home business with the top floor turned into a studio type apartment and the kitchen arch turned into a door will close all that off. One employee making robots upstairs, one downstairs selling.

Watch for those customer sims using the pcs though. Sad

This looks so realistic Smile Love the drainpipes, often wonder whether to add them, haven't yet, but.... maybe next time.

I love them too - it is such a cute touch on a house I think, though a grey plastic recolour would be handy, not all my houses are grunge.

Maybe it's time for another challenge, it's been quite a while since we had one. Take the Little Factory, renovate and turn it into 3 luxury apartments.
