Sims2 UC and Windows 10 CAS Crash

I am having a similar problem. It seems to be crashing when I choose a neighbourhood or if I get through when I try to create a sim. I tried using a graphics rule maker program but it doesn't seem to have worked. I am running windows 10 with an AMD Raedon R4 card.

Download Graphic Card - Radeon - Texture Fix
Download Video Card - Radeon 9851

Download and unzip both files, and put them in the folders:

\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\CsConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS

This will fix your problems.

Your operating System.
What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
