[Solved] Can't select Graphics/Performance Options (greyed out) Sims 2 UC

I have added my video card (AMD Radeon R9 M370X) to Video Cards.sgr and there's no "<<NOT FOUND IN DATABASE!>>" error in the config-log file after opening and closing, but I still can't select the graphics/performance options button. Here's what I mean:

My operating system is Windows 10.

I found the solution... you just can't access it from the Tutorial for some reason. You have to go to an actual lot in an actual neighborhood.

Information we need

  1. The -config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file.
  2. Your operating System.
  3. What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
