[split] Windows 10 and NVidia problems

Hello. My game have is bad perfomance. In game all Expansion Pack and Stuff Pack. Me disturb low FPS, if i moving camera or change floor in home. Or change speed game (3 speed have some problem FPS) During i chamge floor, FPS for a while is low.
But even then my FPS approximate 30 FPS, no more. Well, in other game FPS normal. 60 FPS, how must be.
Anyway, 30 FPS in The Sims 2 - is not very good. This is irriate.
I hope for your help. Thank you)
UPD: I forgot tell this. I have RivaTuner Statistics Server, this program support FPS on this level, where you write FPS number.

Also, i dowload screenshot about program. Also, you see FPS in game at present.
Well, i make all method solution problem. But nothing...

Hi - can you do a dxdiag, and then attach the results to this post? I will make you a card which will fix your lag issues. Also - turn off the fps limiter, it's not needed for Sims 2, Sims 2 has it's own fps limiter and what is probably happening is that the two are interfering with each other.

Video Cards - NVidia - 11c0

Install them in

\Program Files (x86)\EA\The Sims 2 - Mansion and Gardens\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\EA\The Sims 2 - Mansion and Gardens\TSData\Res\CSConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS
