Hello! I wanna add to one social mod relationship test (make it available if only sim A has 20/10 relationship with sim B). How can I do this?

Many of the maxis social interactions have relationship tests like that, have you looked at the guardians for them to see how it's set up? The flirt interactions come to mind, or playing red hands.
