Looking at your config-log (which I prefer you to attach because you haven't included all the information I need) - you don't have a lot of memory -

Memory: 1864MB
Free memory: 800MB

I can give you a card to install that will get rid of the 'not found in database' message, but it's unlikely that you will get it fixed with this. Your problem is more likely that you have less than 1G RAM, so you can't have a lot of CC with high poly.

Video card to fix 'Not found in Database'

You need to install it in the following two folders if you have UC:
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\CsConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS

Which hair is crashing? A CC hair or an EA hair?
Does the game crash when you have no CC?

Information we need

  1. The -config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file.
  2. Your operating System.
  3. What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.

Sorry, that is a members only option
