I'm a bit of a "Cheatyfish" myself, although they're applied somewhat selectively.

The StretchSkeleton [x.xx] cheat code can help you with that. Stretchskeleton 1.00 results in a Sim of normal height; simply raise or lower that number to make a Sim taller or shorter.

I usually don't bother with StretchSkeleton because many of the two-Sim interactions — which were coded for two Sims of the same size — look goofy when used on Sims who are taller or shorter than the norm (though some pose boxes are designed to work with Sims of different heights).

Does that moat have a gated bridge over it somewhere? Your Sims have to satisfy their "See a Ghost" and "Be Saved from Death" Wants somehow, right? Cool

Me I play all of the Premade and I made a number of Sims in CAS as well as making a few Servos look like Normal Sims.

Last night I took some pictures of Sims that are members of the Alien Smith Clan, so here they are.

This is Áine Flexor another daughter of PT Smith and Jenny Smith.

This is Aisling Bubbler another daughter of PT Smith and Jenny Smith.

Áine and Aisling live together in the same household.

This is Johnny Nigmos son of PT Smith and Jenny Smith, I married him off to Ophelia Nigmos.

This is Dafydd MacLane son of PT Smith and Merridith Lillard former Bartender I think, I know she was a NPC though. He is married to Tina MacLane daughter of Trent {Traveller} MacLane. I changed the family of Traveller to MacLane.

Dafydd and Johnny live together in the same household.

The stretch skeleton cheat is only temporary. I'm looking for a permanent fix.

The only thing I found at Cyjon that interested me, is the no freakout on engine explosion, for the restorable car.

I believe the "Ottomas Challenge" was on TSR, a few years ago. Not sure if I'm remembering correctly.

Yes, my graveyard has a gated walkway over the moat. Smile

Here is a look at part of my "Smoogoslavia" hood (Home of the Smaddams family). This is the Smoogo plant, Smoogo corporate headquarters, and Nikolai Simmovitch's Smoogo, and Smarley Davidson dealership next to it. This is a thriving business where my Sims actually buy their cars. Smile

Smoogoslavia, is a Smeuropean icon. The cultural, and culinary Mecca of Eastern Smeurope!

Proud, and patriotic, Smoogoslavian businesses all sport the Smoogoslavian National flag, and are proud of Smeurope's largest, and most popular, automotive manufacturer.... SMOOGO!

FORGET B.siM.W, FORGET Mersimmies Benz, FORGET Smaudi, and Simtroen... GO SMOOGO BLUE!

"Keep your hands warm in the winter, with our new, Thermite infused, rear windscreen defroster! Availabe only on Аутомобиле SMOOGO!"
"To HECK with that "carbon footprint". Slide yourself into a new Smoogo Minima, or Smoogo 720 Super Sport, or feel the wind, and hydrocarbons through your hair on a new Smarley TODAY!"

@Kunder

You'll need to use SimPE to edit their height.

To do this go to File-> Open
The folder your sims is kept in is under my documents/EA Games/The Sims 2/Neighborhoods/NXXX/Characters
NXXX in this case is the number that refers to your neighborhood. For instance the first neighborhood that comes with the game is called N001.
The character files will have names like N001_User00000.package
Don't know which one is which? that's ok... it's a trial and error process but once you know which is which you wont forget.
Open one of them.
To figure out which sim you've opened click on the 'jpg/tga/png IMAGE' under the resource tree then select the first of the files listed there. It should be a pic of the character. If this is not the right one, load a different character until you find the one you want to mod.
Ok so now we have the right sim.
Click the 'Age Data' link under the resource tree, then on the Age Data file itself in the right hand window.
Below where you saw the pic will be a whole bunch of lines of text in the CPF editor.
Scroll to the bottom. Second from the bottom should be a line marked: stretch (dtSingle) = 1
Click it.
On the right side of the CPF editor the Name field should now say: stretch, the Type field should say: dtSingle and the Value should say: 1.
stretchSkeleton 1 is equal to 1.8288 meters in height
Change the value to whatever you determined the correct ratio to be for your sims height.
Click Commit.
Save your work under the File/Save menu.

True, I forgot that detail. My bad.

Ah, yes. NoEngineWeenies.package. I use it myself. I think I talked about that mod and extolled its virtues somewhere around here. Smile

Have you also considered NoWeightliftingWeenies.package? It stops Sims from randomly stopping their use of exercise machines (something that Lazy Sims or Sims with low Body are known to do), so they can power through a workout and build up Body, physical fitness and Fitness enthusiasm, at least until their Needs get too low.

Oh. I might drop in and check it out if it were That Mod Site, but I feel confident in claiming that most Simmers know MTS well by their rather unflattering reputation. I wouldn't touch that site with my worst enemy's hand, not after their compulsory ads kept trying to bless my computer with the latest virus (which, fortunately, my Kaspersky kept blocking in transit). So, apologies if I don't look that challenge up. Undecided

Ah, cool. Smile

Can ghosts swim? I've never noticed whether they can or not. Maybe a swimming pool would make a suitable moat as well; Sims can just go swimming when they want to pick up a few ghost scares.

Ah, a neighborhood where the Smoogo motor company owns everything. How they must envy the neighborhood that Hwang Motors owns! Big Grin

I need to put Jazz and her auto lot in here. It looks like you have a few CC vehicles that I don't have (like those vans near the center), and I seem to have some CC vehicles that you don't have (ie. ice cream trucks). I wonder if a "Motor Vehicle Trades" thread would be in order. Wink

Instead, I dropped in on the Von Carstein household and took some screenshots.

(Oh, yeah...there's Jazz's auto lot, just up the road from the Von Carstein manor and across the road from those colorful townhouses! Aren't auto sales great? I've never seen so many Simmy customers carrying shopping bags with three Simoleon signs in my life!)

The Von Carstein household: Carmilla von Carstein, Jessica Ebadi, Clarence Trimble, Sanguine Succubosa.

Carmilla: Female, adult, vampire/neutral witch. Purportedly the last descendant of primeval warlord and archvampire Baron Vladislaus von Carstein (after a centuries-long rivalry with the Old Church's vampire-hunting Society of Saint Alarice winnowed the rest), moved to Pleasantview to claim her inheritance and her forebears' legacy. Aspires to take her place among the High Vampires while surrounding herself with a harem of lovers and admirers of both sexes and many walks of life; to that end, she has cultivated strong relationships with the various families of vampires and other paranormals who keep homes in Pleasantview and its surroundings. Though she wishes to restore House Von Carstein to greatness and prosperity, she does not Turn others frivolously, whether out of concern that the person may not be able to handle vampirism's liabilities, fear of bestowing such power to potential turncoats and future rivals, or fear of siring a weak-hearted or unworthy sort who would be easy pickings for enemies, noting that the normally forthright Society of Saint Alarice has been unusually quiet and well-hidden for years now....

Jessica: Female, adult, vampire, former burglar. Formerly one of the burglars who plunder the many homes of Pleasantview, her life changed after she chose to sack a certain austere manor high atop a jagged foothill; though arrested and escorted empty-handed from the Von Carstein Residence by police, she had earned Carmilla's ire merely for violating her home. After being cajoled and seduced for long enough, she welcomed Carmilla's bite, unaware of Carmilla's ulterior motive for luring her into the greenhouse and Turning her: Carmilla had intended for the morning sun to be Jessica's executioner all along. But Carmilla had come to know Jessica too well during that courtship and so, spurred by pangs of guilt and remorse, she took pity on her, running back to the greenhouse and setting Jessica free as the first rays of dawn fell onto them. After that narrow escape from their mutual demise, Jessica and Carmilla began their friendship and romance in earnest (with an expensive gift from Jessica to earn Carmilla's forgiveness). Jessica was welcomed into the Von Carstein Residence soonafter, and she has since cast aside thievery in favor of her true desire: Becoming an acclaimed novelist. Jessica's "Thief of Starlight" series about the courtships and adventures of a burgling vampiress have proven to be quite popular (and provide the house with a hearty source of income to boot).

Clarence: Male, adult, former Service Sim. Though much of his origin is shrouded in mystery and anonymity, Clarence came into the light after Carmilla's sire — the High Vampire Count Zion Cameron — grew drunk with power and elation after tasting Carmilla's blood; desperate to slake that insatiable and long-denied bloodthirst, the count wantonly mesmerized the nearby Clarence and drained his fill from him in turn, thrusting the Thirst upon him in the doing. No longer able to work by the light of day, Clarence soon lost his job as a cashier and was left to wander the streets of Pleasantview aimlessly and despondently by night. Meanwhile, Carmilla had been working tirelessly to oppose her sire's rampage and reverse what damage he had inflicted on the local mortal populace, and fortuitously she came across Clarence at her favorite nightly hang-out spot: the Maple Springs Pool and Spa. An acquaintence, a tryst and a date back to the manor came after, and there did Carmilla slip into his hand a vial of Vamprocillin-D brewed from her own cauldron, urging him to drink it. He did as she wished and was soon stripped of the vampirism which had been so heedlessly bestowed on him, but rather than return to his Community Lot work, he continued to wander past the Von Carstein manor by night and by day, smitten with Carmilla as he was. She eventually relented and took him in. As the one non-vampire in the household, he now serves Carmilla, Jessica and Sanguine as a roommate, a lover and the house's "Renfield," tending to the house's affairs by day. Sharing a bed with Jessica has led to their own romantic relationship, as well as a happy accident; Jessica is now heavily pregnant with Clarence's twin children (if SimBlender is to be believed) and should be birthing them very soon.

Sanguine: Female, adult, vampire. While attending Sim State University, Sanguine was assigned housing at Castle Von Carstein, a property donated to the university by Carmilla's forebears in years past. As Sanguine was taking courses at the college where Carmilla once learned, lived in the castle where Carmilla once lived, joined the Landgraab Society (of which Carmilla is a lifelong member), and often frequented the Maple Springs Pool and Spa, it was almost inevitable that Sanguine would cross paths with Carmilla at some point, and so they did. Friendship, flirts and romance followed, and Sanguine — intrigued by the vampire's mystique as she was — prodded Carmilla into granting her the Thirst and its chance at everlasting youth. Deeming her worthy, Carmilla agreed and obliged her. Sanguine graduated with the honor of Summa Cum Laude soonafter; she now lives with Carmilla, Jessica and Clarence until she can save enough money to buy a charming house of her own. To her housemates' concern, Sanguine is too lazy and self-indulgent to hunt for a steady job. But she always returns from from her nights of drinking, dancing and gambling at Lucky Shack Cards and Drink with more money than than she left with, so they don't ask any questions.
