As you can see, the mesh clips when placed against the wall, this is because it tiles seamlessly with the counter.

How the object works:
Set the item for sale on either a home business or an owned community lot.
Sim buys the object from the shop and it goes into the sims inventory (or from the catalogue and pulls it into inventory but that is cheating). On return home, click on the refrigerator and the option stock should be in the menu. Click on stock and then the bread should be available to stock the fridge.
The business lot owner can restock if the item is in their inventory, but the default orange loaf is what is restocked, so it costs an extra 15 simoleons to update the displays in your shop.
It all seems a bit clunky to me, but maybe someone will like it.]]>false2018-11-04T04:17:32Z2018-11-04T04:17:32Zhttp://www.leefish.nl/mybb/showthread.php?tid=8662

Have you ever wondered why a sim can only "Pass Along" their Business Rewards to household members -- whether they are family or not --, but not to close family such as Parents, Siblings or Children, only because they no longer live under the same roof?
How the Maxoids made such weird arbitrary decisions, is entirely beyond me. But I wasn't going to sit in rubble and take it without a fight. So 2.5 years ago, I wrote a mod that has since been thoroughly tested. And though I've officially retired from modding, I thought I should not keep this gem for myself. So, one more time for the good old times...
With this mod, in addition to household members, your active sim can also Pass Along their Business Rewards to their Parents, their Siblings, or their Children, even if they live in different households. All other family members are excluded from this change, but that is not a big problem. Your aunt or uncle is the sibling of one of your parents, after all... There's always a way.
Of course, since this mod edits an OFB feature, it requires OFB. Nothing more, nothing less.
Happy Simming!]]>false2018-04-15T15:09:41Z2018-04-15T15:10:24Zhttp://www.leefish.nl/mybb/showthread.php?tid=8396About The School Project
I am not really happy with the schoolsystem in game. I mean they have to do homework, but except for a scolarship if they have at least A-, there's not really a point to do homework. I mean they can have A+ and earn a scolarship but have no benefit for the rest of their lives.
So I am really busy working on several (really a lot of) teen careers in which they can choose different fields of study to earn skills that can help them get a (skill) scolarship, at college and in their future careers (also when they don't go to college).
This school project is based on the school system in Belgium as I know it today. I have been to college to become a teacher in high school so I know the school system quite well.
I know the schoolsystem in other countries can be very different from the one in Belgium, but as I am creating this for my own game, I want to create it my way.
You can compare this to the 7 years of Hogwarts I made as 7 teen careers. But now the teens don't attend Hogwarts. They attend the Belgian School System.
Every field of study (teen career) will focus on one or two skills, but there will be chance cards so they earn other skills too. I try to make them as different as possible for every teen career.
The scolarships that can be earned (at least 3):
1. So when the sim is a good student as a child (at least A-) it can apply for a scolarship when becoming a teen and before choosing one of the field of study careers. Because they have to change to the school "vacation" so they can go to the career in day time. The teens still "attend" regular school, but there are no days they have to go so their mark (A- or more) doesn't change anymore and they can keep that scolarship.
2. By following the field of study career, it's necessary to "promote" to level 3 in the end. For reaching level 3 in a teen career, the teen can apply for a scolarship.
3+. When being "promoted" to level 3 in a field of study career, the teen has between 5 and 10 skillpoints for a certain skill (or skills) depending on the form of education and the field of study that has been chosen. From the moment a teen has 8 or more skillpoints of a certain skill, the teen can apply for a scolarship.
And then there's the benefit of having so many skillpoints for 1 or 2 skills when choosing a major.
These are three (of many many) new Teen Careers in this School System.
If you want to learn more about the Belgian School system you can read it in this post: https://s2idownloads.blogspot.com/2018/0...art-2.html
(It's just too much information to put here and there will be more uploads to come.)
Keep in mind
- Teens need to change to the "Vacation" school type found here: http://s2idownloads.blogspot.be/2013/12/...ation.html
- Though teens don't go to regular school and don't make homework, they need to work very hard on their skills.
- If you use another school type (like my school in shifts), teens can still go to school.
- This is very interesting if you want your sims to go to college, but even when they don't go to college it's good to follow this school system to have some skills already when they start a career.
- There's an upgrade for every career suiting the field of study the sim chose. E.g.: Field of study Economics-Math has the upgrade Economy
- I want it to keep a surprise which school direction upgrades to which career. But it's kind of obvious when you look at study direction and it's always a Maxis' career. Never a custom one.
- These careers will all have PTO3 so teens have enough time to work on their skills.
- This career asks really a lot of skills from your teen sims. It's best to already have some skill points that are needed for this career.

In every zipfile I include translationfiles, overview of the career and chance cards (spoiler) and the career itself.

I've repositoried Downer's "Sniff test" to the top-only versions of the base game "OverhangTShirt" full body outfit. This means you can now pair Downer's tee-shirts with other trousers.
This is only a set of *texture references* -- no mesh, no texture. Just a few bytes of text.
For this to be of any use to you, you'll need:
- Downer's "Sniff Test": recolours of am-tmbodyoverhangtshirt (custom or townie version -- works with either)
I've created the references for the kid tops, teen male tops, and adult male tops.
I haven't bundled the packages, so you can mix-and-match which t-shirts are made available for each age group (I'm thinking of the unicorns in particular -- lovely, but maaaaaaybe not appropriate for kids XD ).
To delete the ones you don't want, please refer to the swatch provided by DownwardBound -- the numbers are the same.
Oh, one last thing: they're decustomised, townified, and show in the catalog after the "default" repositoried tops.
Cheers,
Raindrop]]>false2016-12-25T10:37:07Z2020-01-01T22:17:51Zhttp://www.leefish.nl/mybb/showthread.php?tid=7585

Merry Fishmas everyone!
Merry Fishmas!
Once there was a fish with a dream...
She dreamed of a place where fish from all over could gather. A place where they could share creations, interests and snacks. And also a website. So she purchased an old factory and converted it to a headquarters for her new venture. Over the years, as the website grew, so did the HQ, expanding to it's present state.
If you can't find something to do here, then you must have your eyes closed. There's plenty to occupy your time. In the old factory, you will find on the bottom floor, a lobby, restrooms and the big fish's office. Upstairs is R&D. Connecting the old building to the expansion is the glass walled cafeteria. The new building houses a bar/rec room downstairs, and a tea room and library up. In the back is a patio seating area. There's a lovely little garden with benches on one side, on the other, a basketball court for the more athletic fish.
Built with all EP/SPs. Only 3 pieces of cc, the walls I made for the sign.
Lot size: 3x3
Price: 175997 (Which really only matters if you wanted to own it for some reason)
There is a UNI stove in the kitchen, I highly suggest Inge's mod so that the worker shows up. You can just use it as a regular kitchen if you'd like, but it's intended as a cafeteria
And there you have it. Enjoy!]]>false2016-12-25T10:23:56Z2016-12-25T10:23:56Zhttp://www.leefish.nl/mybb/showthread.php?tid=7581
