Yeah I really like that song, Kiri! I'd never heard of the program before (it's an audio podcast apparently?)..... it sounds like something I need to check out.

Seriously something you should listen to Fansee - you' love it. The music is all indie, and they have a piece on every episode. My favourites are this one, the ones by Tom Milsom and Closer by The Tiny.

It also has a HUGE tumblr following.

I honestly love Closer by The Tiny, thank you WTNV for introducing me to an absolutely awesome song. In fact, I was actually going to post on here with what I'm listening to (another Night Vale weather) and see if anyone else likes it.

It totally fits the Night Vale vibe.

Ugh, I could watch that video all day because of the buttons***. Leave it to VW to prey on my button clicking addiction. Smart marketing, whoever thought this one up. Is this original, or has it been done before? If it hasn't, looks like we have a new future in advertising.

Huh... what, but..... the buttons don't work for me! I was clicking and clicking and all it did was pause the video. I thought they were lying about the buttons! I tried clicking them in this thread and on the youtube page and on the twitter page where I originally saw the vid.... even tried in Chrome's "incognito" mode with no extensions/blockers loaded. Nothing. I wanna play with the buttons too!

Anyway yeah, I stumbled upon this vid as a sponsored link on Twitter. No idea if it's been done before. I don't normally view ads but had to click this one since I'm a fan of the band.

ETA: Oooh! Okay, fixed it. It was a sneaky extension blocking the buttons even in incognito mode. I'm off to play with those buttons now.

ETA2: WOW, the buttons are really cool. It keeps your spot in the song and flips between styles. That's amazing.

ETA3: Soulful is my favourite version.

The video is hilarious if you happen to be a fan of Mumford and Sons, or of the actors in the video. For those who aren't fans - it's basically a bunch of comedic actors spoofing the band. (The audio is the real band though.)
