There are many other lovely lots with a swimmable lake available for Sims 2. However, Alet has need of a small lot upon which she can build her own little home. This lot marks a great achievement for me (if it works in other simmers' games, that is).

@leefish: The minimal CC is against my nature. I am a clutter-a-holic. But Alet needed a small lot for her slower computer.

BO (baby): I am delighted you are going to make a swimmable lake, also.
I have a request, see if you can keep the simmies from bouncing "through" the diving board, please! Even patul's lot that I tested let the sim bounce through the diving board.
