Well, I got my PC back up and running, now I just have to reinstall everything.

Well, computer is back up and running. sadly I lost a few things, i had not got backed up yet. But most things are still intact. (I keep mmost of my files on a seperate drive).

I hope nothing too major was lost. Great to hear you have it all up and running again though.

Finally got Sims 2 reloaded on my computer, now the task of getting my downloads back in place.

So, you have Sims2 running on Windows 8? That is GOOD news.

No, still on Windows 7. As soon as I get my full copy of windows 8, I'll let you know if I can get it to work.
