Help with weird flashy screen problems!

Hello! I'm looking for help with an issue I'm having with my walls disappearing. It happens when I move around the screen and much more when I'm placing objects in build/buy modes. I also do not have the option for smooth edging as it is grayed out. I have attached my config below. I'm running windows 10. Please help if possible! Thank you!!

You need these files:
Graphic Rules - Intel - Texture fix
Video Cards - Intel - 5912
You need to put them in these folders if you have Ultimate Collection:
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\CsConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS
or in
In the Program folders:
\Program Files (x86)\EA\The Sims 2 - Mansion and Gardens\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\EA\The Sims 2 - Mansion and Gardens\TSData\Res\CSConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS
if you have the CD/DVDs

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
