I recently received a new windows 10 computer and I keep getting the directx 9 message when I go to start up the game. I've tried running compatibility mode, didn't work. I've tried what is suggested with the graphics card and mine no longer says unsupported but it still doesn't start up. I probably did something wrong because I have no clue what I am doing. Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi @lilpuddin, could you run dxdiag and post the resulting report here as well? I'm not certain that I can help, but I bet that @celebkiriedhel will want that report.
