Sims 2 Apartment Life Won't Install

Information You Need:
1. Attached it
2. Latest Windows 10
Description:
I inserted the sims 2 Apartment Life disc. The notification popped and I clicked on it and clicked the autorun thing. The installation thing popped up, I entered my code and it installed it. Then it asked me to insert the sims 2 disc 4 so that it could check for updates. I did so and it looked like it was going smoothly then it sayed a problem accured and that it would be terminating the installation
Can someone help me? I just don't know what happened that terminated the installation. I posted this somewhere else first and person sayed that it was probably the fact about the latest Windows 10 update or something.
