Win 10 CD/DVD - In Database But 800x600

Hello,
I used to have a working Graphics Rules but accidentally overrode it.
Now I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to fix it.
In game, I have all the low-med-high settings enabled, except shadows and smooth edges which are greyed out.
All the settings are on high, and my resolution is stuck at 800x600.
My graphics card is in the database, and the problem seems to be that no matter what I do, the texture memory will only read 32mb.
I've attached a screenshot of my settings, my log, and a txt version of my Graphics Rules.

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
