Then these houses are perfect for you! Included are three different residential lots that each cost a maximum of §14.500. They are designed to match my set of business lots, so that your sims can buy a house AND a business within a budget of §20.000. Mix&Match as you wish!

This seems to be my comfort zone, challenging myself to squeeze as much house out of a starter budget as possible.
@leefish: Yup, colorwise they come in pairs, but budgetwise you can match any business with any house. All that attention to detail is thanks to you, this is the first time I remembered to chuck in some hood deco for picture taking
